Hemant Jeur has worked in a number of roles since 2000. hemant began their career as an Office Assistant at Sharp Investments, where they were assigned charge of terminal operation for the National Stock Exchange and was responsible for placing purchase/sell orders on behalf of clients. In 2003, they moved to QA, Suma Soft Pvt. Ltd, where they worked as a QA Lead. Their role included understanding the project, coming across with future queries and getting client responses, solving team queries, and meeting work requests with high accuracy. Finally, in 2004, they joined TechSpeed Inc. as a Project Manager.

Hemant Jeur attended Pune University from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce. Prior to that, they attended SFJV Pune from 1984 to 1996, where they earned an SSC.
