Lhaineilhing Thangeo has worked in the customer service industry since 2016. Lhaineilhing began their career at WNS as a Lead Associate, where they managed teams in different Line of Businesses, monitored calls and transactions of the team, provided end to end resolution for escalated calls and cases, and managed absenteeism and EWS. Lhaineilhing also provided real-time feedback and coaching of individuals, closed monthly one on one for the team, attended quality, client calibrations for process improvement, and supported and motivated advisors in achieving and excelling on the set KPIs. In addition, they screened each advisor and made improvement plans based on the areas of improvement required along with the reporting manager. Lhaineilhing also ensured that Process and Company policies and procedures were implemented and maintained consistently and fairly. Lhaineilhing also served as a Flex Trainer and Senior Associate. In 2020, they moved to TechSpeed Inc. as a Project Lead.

Lhaineilhing Thangeo attended Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General.
