Ying Chan

Ying Chan has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Chongqing University. They worked at Microsoft as a Data center operation and maintenance engineer from March 2020 to November 2022, where they led a team to maintain end-user uptime. Currently working at TechSpeed Inc. as an IT Consultant - Associate Director since December 2022, where they assist in IT change management and transformation projects, including reorganizing a technology company's IT department to prepare for a merger/acquisition.
