Currently, Ashleigh works as a Customer Success Executive and Sales Executive at Techspert, a leading expert network in healthcare and life sciences. Previously, Ashleigh was the Director and Founder of Bake Balance, a protein brownie service Ashleigh launched during their time at Loughborough University. Ashleigh also held roles such as Student Ambassador at Loughborough University and Project Coordinator at Breakspeare Energy. Ashleigh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University.

On teaming up with Hari, and developing an AI-based solution to interrogateexpertise, they realised that their technology would add value across all sectors, globally, no matter how niche the expertise required. The team has now grown to include Computer Science PhDs, software developers, and experienced client relations managers, and the company is servicing large consultancies and private equity groups. They are, though, just at the start of their journey to democratise access to knowledge for a better world, and they are guided by their core values of curiosity, empathy, commitment, and ambition as they strive to revolutionise knowledge exchange.
