Jaye Mech

Jaye Mech is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Techsquadteam since January 2022, Jaye has also held key roles as Director and Executive Director at TechSquadTeam since 2016, and as Director and President at UBNSoft since 2010. Prior experience includes a consulting role at APAC Customer Services from 2007 to 2011 and consultancy work at Kimberly-Clark Professional from 2005 to 2007, as well as a position at Tech Mahindra from 2003 to 2007. Jaye Mech holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Utkal University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management.
