Anthony R. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business growth, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Partner at A11y Capital since March 2025 and as a Mentor at Techstars since August 2022, Anthony has also held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan from May 2022 to March 2025, where business growth and entrepreneurship were key focus areas. Prior to these roles, Anthony was a Co-Founder at Refill from May 2016 to February 2022 and worked as a Constituent Aide for the Ohio Senate for a brief period in 2015.
