Cat Middleton

Cat Middleton serves as a General Partner at The Venture Collective, an early-stage venture firm focused on investing in transformative companies. In addition to this role, Cat is a Fund Advisor for both the W Fund and ADP, and a Founding Member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership. With experience as a Mentor at Techstars and a Volunteer for All Raise, Cat actively supports female and underrepresented founders. Cat also holds the position of Head of Due Diligence & Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and was a Founding Member of Kindred and NYC BLEND, working to promote diversity and inclusion in the tech community. Additionally, Cat contributed as a Curator for The 1k Project, which aids families in crisis. Cat holds an MBA in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose and a BBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
