Dave Cass

Dave Cass currently serves as the Managing Director at Techstars, where involvement focuses on pre-seed investments in impact-driven startups aimed at enhancing human potential through work and education solutions. Alongside this role, Dave is the Head of Partner Development and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, recognized for excellence in entrepreneurship education. Additionally, Dave holds a position on the Board of Directors for eTown, an organization dedicated to inspiring audiences through music and conversation. Prior to these roles, Dave co-founded and served as CEO of Uvize, a mentorship platform acquired by Sondermind, and was an officer and naval aviator in the US Navy. Dave's academic background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, a certificate in Venture Capital from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Political Science from Tulane University.
