Dave Payne

Dave Payne is an accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in building and advising startups. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Loop and Managing Partner at Neighborhood Studios, Dave focuses on developing hyperlocal startups through a structured process aimed at addressing unique community challenges. As Co-Founder and Board Member of Switchyards, the first neighborhood work club in the U.S., Dave has also contributed his expertise as an advisor to multiple innovative companies, including Hot, Inc. and Moonrise. Additionally, Dave serves as a mentor at Techstars and has held prominent roles, such as Managing Director and Entrepreneur In Residence. With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, Dave co-founded Scoutmob, a venture-backed new media company, and has participated on the board of several organizations, including the Venture Atlanta Conference. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
