Georgie Smithwick

Georgie Smithwick is a founder-turned-investor with extensive early-stage experience across product and go-to-market strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Techstars, Georgie has previously held roles as Investment Manager at Target Global and Co-Founder at Hexr, where they led product design and team development. Their early career included experience as an Analyst in venture capital and innovation at firms such as Merian Ventures and Diageo. Georgie also co-founded a consumer health-tech business that was acquired by Holland & Barrett and contributed to various boards including Patient21 and Health Force. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics & Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
