Gilberto Gandra is a seasoned investor and mentor with a strong focus on sustainability and supporting early-stage ventures. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Responsibly Ventures since February 2022, Gilberto also plays an active role as an investor in multiple organizations, including VoxCell BioInnovation, Venture Backed, Omeat, Lunasonde, GenoBank.io, and Rezilient Health. In addition to investment roles, Gilberto has been a mentor for Techstars, assisting founders in achieving product-market fit, and is involved with Hack.Diversity, which connects corporate tech teams with underrepresented technologists. Gilberto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Toronto, earned between 1996 and 2000.
