Glenn Frese

Glenn Frese serves as the CEO and Founder of Riverfreeze Consulting, providing consultancy and fractional CMO services focused on generative AI, cannabis/wellness, and D2C consumer brands since January 2023. With extensive experience in marketing, growth, and strategy, Frese has held advisory roles at BLUE FEVER and Shop Latinx, along with mentoring startups within multiple Techstars accelerators. Notable previous positions include Chief Marketing Officer at Sunderstorm Inc., where significant revenue growth was achieved, and marketing leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, Universal Music Group, and Sony Music Entertainment. Frese holds a BS in Communications from the University of Miami and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
