Jon Neff

Jon (Yoni) Neff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and mental health support. As the Founder and Head of Client Services at The Neff Group, Jon focuses on assisting startup founders with leadership, strategy, and personal well-being. With a role as a Mentor and Entrepreneur In Residence at Techstars, Jon supports various accelerator programs. Additionally, as a Venture Scout at Struck Capital, Jon evaluates pre-seed and seed stage deals in tech innovation. Jon's experience also includes a clinical internship with the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, where support for mental health challenges is provided. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Sequel and a Director position at Juno Inc., where Jon led large customer support teams and refined operational strategies.
