Mark Wippell

Mark Wippell is an experienced professional in the legal and business sectors, currently serving as an Independent Trustee at BMT since January 2023 and a member of the CW Innovation Advisory Group at CW+ since September 2020. Wippell has been a mentor at Techstars since February 2018 and maintains a position as an Association Member at Bupa since July 2015. Wippell previously held the role of Non-Executive Director at Deltex Medical Group PLC from June 2014 to December 2023 and served as Chairman of the American European Business Association from July 2013 to November 2021. A corporate partner at Allen & Overy from February 1999 to April 2015, Wippell led large client teams and held various management positions. Additionally, Wippell contributed to advisory and council roles at Oxford University from 2002 to 2015. Wippell holds an M.A. in Law from the University of Oxford and an LLM in Law from Tulane University.
