Paul Winter

Paul Winter is an accomplished Chief Operations Officer at Moghrabi Family Office, specializing in investment strategies across real estate, healthcare, infrastructure, and energy while serving on the boards of several portfolio companies. With extensive experience as a Mentor in the Barclays Techstars Accelerator program since November 2015, Paul also previously held the position of Director of Global Strategy and Operations at Duff & Phelps, where responsibilities included the global commercial and operational strategy.
