Rob Bonstein

Rob Bonstein currently serves in a role at Block as of October 2023 and maintains positions at HIFI as COO, VP Membership, and Advisor since March 2020. With extensive experience in the music industry, Bonstein has been a Mentor at Techstars since 2017 and previously held the title of VP Business Development, Music at Paradigm Talent Agency from June 2016 to February 2020. Prior to that, leadership roles included VP Strategy & Business Development at The Windish Agency and Music Management at The Creed Company. Bonstein's career began at Epic Records as Sr Director Digital Marketing and included a role as Promotion Assistant at Virgin Records. An alumnus of Harvard University, Bonstein earned an A.B. in Social Studies from 2000 to 2004.
