Scott Gorman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, technology development, and health care. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) and as an Innovation Officer with the 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command, Gorman is focused on advancing health outcomes and integrating new technologies, including AI and space capabilities. As a Co-Founder and CTO of Caria, Gorman has transformed care for women’s health through data science and personalized therapy, while previous roles at the White House and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs emphasized government modernization and AI initiatives. Gorman holds a BA from Yale University, an MBA from the University of Oxford, and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
