Sweta Sinha

Sweta Sinha is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology and data. Currently serving as Executive Director for the Data Products Platform at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since May 2023, Sweta also mentors startups at Techstars, focusing on product strategy, market fit, and customer success. As the founder and managing partner of Nudge Capital Venture, Sweta specializes in guiding early-stage startups in go-to-market strategies, product development, and data-driven solutions. Additionally, Sweta is actively involved as a board member at Boolean Girl and has founded two offshoots of the Acton Children’s Business Fair in Virginia and California to empower young entrepreneurs. Previous roles include significant positions at GEICO, Capital One, and Fannie Mae, coupled with an MBA in Strategy and Financial Management from the University of Strathclyde.
