Thu Do is a seasoned professional in experience design and product strategy, currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at Merit America since August 2023, where leadership focuses on creating inclusive learning experiences. With a robust background, Thu has been the Lead for Strategy, Research, and Design at TAILORU Collective since June 2019, advocating for equity-driven tech solutions.
