Michal Kacprzak is an experienced professional in partner sales and technical presales, currently serving as Partner Sales Manager at Techstep since February 2017. In this role, Michal focuses on building relationships with Mobile Carriers across Europe, enhancing their scalability and self-sufficiency. Previously, Michal held various significant positions at FancyFon Software Ltd, including Head of Technical Support, Scrum Master, Software Quality Manager, and Software Tester, where responsibilities ranged from technical presales and team leadership to quality assurance and customer engagement.
