Mitch Kwiatkowski is an experienced executive specializing in AI governance and data strategy, currently serving as EVP of Data at Techstra Solutions. Mitch has a robust background in healthcare transformation, having held leadership roles at organizations such as Highmark Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System, where they developed data strategies and promoted responsible AI usage. Mitch previously contributed to the education sector as an adjunct instructor at Pittsburgh Technical Institute and has consistently focused on optimizing data environments to drive value. Currently, Mitch is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
