Sumanth S. has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Sumanth started their career in 2016 as a US IT Recruiter at Bean Infosystems, where they focused on sourcing and screening candidates for tech positions. In 2018, they joined Scadea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior US IT Recruiter before moving on to Randstad Technologies US in 2019. At Randstad, Sumanth worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and managing a team of three recruiters. In 2021, they joined Deloitte as a Talent Acquisition Research Specialist. Currently, Sumanth holds the position of Principal Recruiter at both Techstra Solutions and iPlace, starting in 2022.
Sumanth S. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad, from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification. In 2015, they received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Institute of Management Education and Analyses.
