Sumanth S. has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Sumanth started their career in 2016 as a US IT Recruiter at Bean Infosystems, where they focused on sourcing and screening candidates for tech positions. In 2018, they joined Scadea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior US IT Recruiter before moving on to Randstad Technologies US in 2019. At Randstad, Sumanth worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and managing a team of three recruiters.
