Walter Rudberg

Walter 'Zev' Rudberg is an accomplished patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, focusing on patent application preparation and prosecution. Currently serving as the Director and Patent Attorney at TechStream since April 2025, Rudberg previously held similar high-level positions at Marconi and Munck Wilson Mandala LLP. A former Patent Attorney at IBM, Rudberg managed patent applications across diverse technologies, and has experience as a contractual attorney and law clerk in various legal settings. Rudberg began a professional career as a mechanical engineer, specializing in HVAC system design, prior to obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
