Alisa Welch

Alisa Welch has a long and varied work experience. Alisa began their career at Devon Energy in 2001, where they held various roles including Enterprise and Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Report Developer, Senior Analyst, Business Analyst, Process Analyst, and Project Coordinator. In 2016, they joined CompSource Mutual Insurance Company as an IT Business Analyst and MoreThanAid for Malawi as a volunteer Director of Oklahoma US. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TechSur Solutions as a Business Process Analyst. Throughout their career, Alisa has been focused on improving business processes, customer experience, and technical solutions. Alisa has also been involved in developing business cases with ROI for prioritization, facilitating business requirements, and analyzing current processes and pain points.

Alisa Welch holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Operations Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Alisa also holds a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt from Creative Insights, a Green Belt from the University of Oklahoma, and an AAS in Computer Programming from Oklahoma State University. In addition, Welch has obtained a SAFe SA certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2018 and a Meeting the Challenge of Digital Transformation certification from LinkedIn in December 2016.
