Kenneth Megill has over 25 years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 1992, they joined Microleague Interactive Software as a Project Manager, Programmer, and Game Designer. Kenneth improved their old baseball engine and managed the GM/Owners disk. Kenneth also worked as a developer/designer to update the interface and stat engine for Microleague Football 2. In 1994, they moved to Magnet Interactive as a Project Manager and managed the ICEBREAKER game. In 1996, they joined America Online as a Project Manager and worked with the games channel and partner QA departments. Kenneth also developed AOL pages and served as a liaison to the sports channel. In 1998, they moved to Hasbro Interactive as a Project Manager and oversaw computer game projects from inception to release. In 1999, they joined Talonsoft as a Project Manager and edited English versions of manuals and game guides. In 2014, they moved to ICMA-RC as a Business Project Analyst (Implementation) and served as a business analyst and implementation lead for Salesforce.com rollout. In 2017, they joined DataBank, Ltd. as a Business Analyst. In 2018, they moved to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs/ U.S. 2020 Census/ U.S. GSA Center for Excellence as a Senior Business Analyst. Kenneth systematically extracted and inventoried development user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria from a combination of resources. In 2021, they joined TechSur Solutions @ U.S. GSA as a Senior Business Analyst & Scrum Master.

Kenneth Megill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Delaware between 1984 and 1989. In 1990, they attended the U.S. Army Armor School for the Armor Officer's Basic Course. Kenneth also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from The Career Institute in 1991, in the field of Law.
