Mitchell Crespo

Mitchell Crespo has over 17 years of professional work experience. In 2004, they began their career as an Associate Data Analyst at Independent Project Analysis. Mitchell then worked as a Data Analyst at Strayer University from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined eZSC - eZ Staffing & Consulting as an RPO - Talent Acquisition Consultant. During their time there, they presented an RPO solution for providing proposal support and full lifecycle recruitment services. Mitchell also supported Prime Contract for Desktop Support/Administration for ORS and OIT within NIH. In 2014, they moved on to REI Systems as Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition. During their time there, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment including development and execution of recruiting plans, following of job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, communicating with hiring managers and negotiating offers. In 2019, they joined Tsymmetry as Talent Acquisition Manager. Mitchell built the internal recruiting team from the ground up and managed three recruiters. Mitchell also oversaw the vetting and selection processes for evaluating potential candidates. In 2022, they began working as Director Of Operations at both TechSur Solutions and SilverPeak.

Mitchell Crespo attended Centreville High School from 2000 to 2004. Mitchell then went on to George Mason University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2015.
