Mirela Stefan

Mirela Stefan is an experienced Talent Partner currently freelancing at TechTree since October 2025. Previously, Mirela held the roles of Talent Acquisition Lead and People Experience Manager at TradeLink from May 2023 to September 2025, where significant enhancements to onboarding processes and employer branding were achieved. Prior to that, Mirela served as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Project A Ventures from April 2018 to December 2022, implementing data-driven recruitment strategies across various levels, including C-suite positions. Additional experience includes roles in talent acquisition and recruitment at solarisBank AG, Babbel, Ericsson, TMI Romania, and AIESEC, along with a strong educational background, holding a Master’s Degree in International Business and Consulting with a focus on Human Resource Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
