Valeria Gallo

Valeria Gallo is a Global Talent Partner specializing in AI Transformation at TechTree, where they focus on transforming recruiting and process automation through innovative strategies. Previously, Valeria served as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, advising banking clients on various aspects of Financial Services Transformation, and partnered with the AI Centre of Excellence to launch the firm's Go-to-Market strategy for artificial intelligence. Valeria began their career at State Street Bank as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and later worked as a Total Rewards Consultant in the EMEA region. They hold a Master’s degree in International Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
