Trace Powell possesses a diverse background in both customer service and communications, with experience across various roles in the food service and marketing industries. As a Supervisor at Latea Bubble Tea Lounge, responsibilities included managing staff, overseeing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction, culminating in a promotion from Shift Lead. Prior experience at Atlas Chicken Shack involved managing multiple kitchen and service staff positions, earning recognition as Employee of the Month and achieving rapid promotions. Trace also gained valuable skills as a Server's Assistant at Preservation and further developed communications expertise during internships at ND Paper, focusing on recruiting initiatives, corporate communications, and social media management.
