Dave Evans

Dave Evans is the Head of Programme for Justice and Emergency Services and Economic Crime Lead at techUK. A former senior police officer with the City of London Police, they gained wide-ranging experience as a Detective and leader, managing responses to significant incidents, including the London Bridge attacks and the MH17 air crash. Throughout their career, they led various projects across public and private sectors, focusing on crime and safety issues, and tackled organized crime, particularly in financial and cyber domains. Dave also served as Managing Director at CJCH Consulting, addressing commercial software piracy and licensing compliance. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth.
