Katherine Ainley

Katherine Ainley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK and TechUK, Katherine provides strategic guidance and insights to enhance the technology sector. Previous roles include CEO of Tikit, Chief Executive Officer for UK&I at Ericsson, and Managing Director of Ventures at BT, where responsibilities encompassed growth initiatives and driving transformation projects. Katherine's background also includes advisory positions and senior management roles at BT and Lloyds TSB, along with a consulting experience at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
