Seth Finegan

Seth Finegan serves as the UK Chief Executive Officer at Informed Solutions, a role held since October 1997, leading a multi-award winning team specializing in digital transformation for government and energy sectors. Previously, Seth held various positions at Informed Solutions, including Director of Consultancy Services and Managing Consultant, focusing on strategy, consulting, and government programmes. Seth is also a member of the Public Sector Board and Central Government Council at techUK and previously contributed to the Government Group Committee at techUK as well as the National Council of the Association for Geographic Information. Academic credentials include an MSc with Distinction in Geographic Information Science and Systems from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol.
