Siobhan Costello is the Global General Counsel of Fidel API, a fast growing fintech headquartered in the UK. Fidel API's mission is to make money programmable. It offers a suite of financial infrastructure APIs that enable developers to build programmable experiences connected to purchases made in real-time using payment cards. Its tools are creating new value and transforming the way users and merchants interact.

Siobhan has spent the last decade of her career in fintech. Prior to Fidel API she was Head of Regulatory Law and Policy at Visa Inc in Europe and before that the Financial Conduct Authority tasked with improving competition in the financial services sector. Previously she has sat on the UK Finance Open Banking Steering Committee and has served as a panel member on techUK's Financial Services Council for the last 3 years. Siobhan wants to see the UK cement its place as a tech superpower by creating the best environment for technology companies to not just launch but scale globally and attract UK investment.
