Additionally, Tom serves as Sponsor and Programme Director at FinTech Innovation Lab London since January 2010 and has been the Managing Director for Banking at Accenture since November 2006. In this capacity, Tom leads client accounts for several UK Retail Banks, focusing on digital strategy and transformation, while also fostering partnerships to support the growth of fintech companies. Tom's educational background includes a degree from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2006.
