Usman Ikhlaq

Usman Ikhlaq is a Programme Manager for Artificial Intelligence at techUK, where they lead the AI Adoption programme to support organizations in implementing AI responsibly and effectively. Since joining in January 2024, Usman has engaged members with initiatives such as the AI Hub and various campaign weeks, while focusing on collaboration with governmental and regulatory entities to enhance the UK’s global AI leadership. Prior to this role, Usman gained experience in policy and government affairs within the advertising sector, and worked across sales, marketing, and FinTech fields. They hold an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a GDL and LLB from BPP Law School, and a BA from Queen Mary University of London.
