J Rubio has a diverse range of work experience. From 2003 to 2015, they worked as an Executive Managing Director for various multinational companies, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience in managing teams and handling P&Ls. In 2015, they co-founded Techunting.net and served as the CEO. This company aimed to provide affordable digital services to companies, including IT recruitment, staff augmentation, software development, digital marketing, and business analytics.

From 2001 to 2003, Rubio attended IE Business School where they pursued an MBA International degree in General Management.
