Suhaid MK has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Suhaid started their professional journey in 2011 at Cubic Live Infotech (P) Ltd, where they served as a Sharepoint Technical Specialist. In this role, their responsibilities included administering Microsoft Sharepoint and testing various websites developed using Sharepoint applications.

In 2012, Suhaid joined Capgemini as a Senior Software Tester in the banking domain. Suhaid gained experience in credit cards and retail services and worked as the main tester in distributed Agile testing methodology. Suhaid also worked on Vision Plus, a mainframe application, and front-end applications related to credit card services.

Starting from 2015, Suhaid began working at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Consultant - Project Analyst. Suhaid MK completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from College of Engineering Adoor. In 2012, Suhaid MK obtained the certification of ISTQB from ISTB and also completed the Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator certification from Microsoft.
