Techwarely is a talent agency focused on AI engineering. We work with senior software engineers in Latin America who are closely aligned with US teams, both culturally and in working hours, typically with three to four hours of daily overlap. The engineers we work with have practical experience building and shipping software with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG systems.
We started the company after more than ten years working in software, and we've kept the focus narrow on purpose. Instead of general IT staffing, we work specifically with engineers who have hands-on experience in AI development, and we can usually present screened candidates within about 48 hours.
Companies work with us in three ways: permanent placement, team augmentation, and project-based development. We also partner with staffing and recruiting agencies that don't have an AI-focused pipeline of their own, handling sourcing and screening while they keep the client relationship.
