Shiv Daftari

Shiv Daftari is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Strategy at TechWish since March 2025, Shiv focuses on driving sales growth, expanding current engagements, and mentoring sales teams. Previously, as Vice President of Strategy and Sales for KELLTON TECH, INC from April 2017 to 2025, responsibilities included managing sales planning and P&L for the Americas while advising global enterprises on digital transformation strategies. Prior roles include International Business Development Manager at Dura-Line, Head of Business at KeyPoint Technologies, and various project management positions in technology firms. Shiv holds a PMP certification from PMI and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar.
