Cindy Moss possesses extensive experience in human resources and workforce management, currently serving in a dual role in Workforce & Marketing at TECH(x) since December 2021. Prior to this position, Cindy held the role of HR Business Partner at NCI Information Systems, Inc. from April 2019 to December 2021 and served as VP of Human Resources at Semper Valens Solutions from August 2015 to April 2019. Additional experience includes the position of Personnel Director for the City of Bisbee between October 2013 and August 2015, and a tenure at L3 Technologies in Human Resources Management from September 2005 to December 2012. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Cochise College.
