Suzanne Janssen

Suzanne Janssen is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, specializing in the implications of artificial intelligence and robotics on work and organizations. With expertise in work practices, communication, and collaboration, they conduct qualitative research examining the transformative roles of intelligent technologies. Suzanne holds a Veni Grant for a project investigating the use of robots in organizations and has previously served as a lecturer and member of various academic boards. They earned a Cum Laude distinction for their PhD dissertation on informal mentoring relationships within organizations.
