Tim Moore

Tim Moore is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and program management, currently serving as Program Manager for Decarbonization at Teck Resources Limited since August 2009. Tim has held various roles at Teck, including Metallurgical Intelligence Manager, SO2 Programme Lead, Technical Superintendent of Engineering, and Lead Smelter, focusing on process control, emissions reduction, and long-term planning for key assets. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Oceanic Consulting Corporation, managing experimental evaluations of marine structures, and as a Technologist at CESL Limited, where leadership in the design and operation of pilot plant equipment was provided. Tim holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Physics - Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Kellogg-Schulich.
