They have served in various roles, including Managing Director and Founder of Odyssey Alliance, where they empower organisations and individuals to thrive through change. Previously, Warren worked for BHP, Rio Tinto Alcan, and Sun Metals Corporation, leading teams through complex change journeys and delivering measurable improvements in safety and productivity. Warren is also a certified Shingo workshop facilitator and holds an MBA, along with multiple certifications in operational excellence and training.
