Avinash Anthony

Avinash Anthony has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Avinash currently holds the position of Operational Readiness Manager - Product Management at Teckro, where they collaborate with various teams to drive successful outcomes and onboard new features and products. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager - Professional Services at the same company, where they led process improvements and executed projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Before joining Teckro, Avinash worked at Zellis as a Change and Systems Manager - Managed Services, engaging with key stakeholders and clients to facilitate HR product deployment and project delivery. Avinash also served as a Training Manager - Managed Services, where they optimized training practices and developed strategies to enhance learning and internal mobility.

Prior to Zellis, Avinash worked at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, as an Application Support Manager - Product & Technology. In this role, they supported a team of application support specialists and championed organizational improvement through Lean Six Sigma and Rapid Improvement events.

Earlier in their career, Avinash served as a Senior Lead in Learning and Development at Tech Mahindra Business Services. Avinash collaborated with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, implement learning strategies, and create performance metrics. Avinash also worked as a Senior Training Specialist and Senior Technical Support Associate at the same company.

Avinash began their career at GE Capital as a Senior Customer Service Executive, where they provided guidance on financial solutions and managed a high volume of calls.

Throughout their career, Avinash has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as project management, process improvement, training and development, and customer service. Avinash has consistently leveraged their skills and experience to drive operational excellence and deliver successful outcomes.

Avinash Anthony completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012 from CMJ University. Avinash also holds several additional certifications, including Learning Design Thinking and Project Management Foundations, both obtained in January 2022 from LinkedIn. In August 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from NGA Human Resources. Avinash also holds an ISMS (ISO 9001:2008) Certified Internal Auditor certification from Tech Mahindra Business Services, obtained in December 2012. Going further back, Avinash obtained various Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, MCP, MCSE, and MCSA, in August 2007.
