Beatriz Flores

Beatriz Flores has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Construlita since October 2013. In this role, significant achievements include the implementation of the GPTW certification, creation of individual development plans, and establishment of a talent development committee. Previously, Beatriz held positions such as Jefe de Recursos Humanos, where project leadership in an integral human resources system was a key focus, and Especialista de compensaciones, responsible for salary scale development and employee benefits management. Other experience includes working as Líder de Talento Humano at Universidad de Guadalajara and Analista de Selección de Personal at ALPEZZI Chocolate. Beatriz holds multiple degrees in human resources and digital training, including a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Guadalajara.
