Carlos Vilca

Carlos Vilca is an experienced Solution Manager at Tecnotree Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos co-founded Offincasa, a leading e-commerce platform focused on ergonomic products, where significant contributions included the design and implementation of the business and operating models, as well as the Go-to-market strategy. Carlos's earlier experience includes positions as Project & Business Relationship Manager and Digital Transformation Architecture Lead at Telefónica, where digital transformation programs and new digital products were successfully implemented. Carlos has also served as Innovation Specialist Lead at IBM, delivering innovative operating and business models for diverse clients, and worked as a Digital Consultant for Zoluxiones, focusing on M&A integration for LATAM subsidiaries of Scotiabank. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego and various certifications in information technology.
