Heather Timer, PMP, is a seasoned technical expert with extensive experience in Earned Value Management and project scheduling. Currently serving at Tecolote Research, responsibilities include coordinating analyses, developing processes for cost and schedule data, and ensuring EVM systems compliance. Prior roles include Master Program Scheduler at Velos, where project baselines were established for space systems, and Program Control Principal at SAIC, focusing on schedule performance and risk analysis. Heather's expertise also includes principal scheduling positions at Orbital ATK and Orbital Sciences Corporation, where program schedules were developed in alignment with EVM principles.
