Sam Easterly

Sam Easterly is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in cost analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Tecolote Research since June 2018, Sam leads a team in supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's Capacity Building Component. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on the COLUMBIA Class Program Office for next-generation nuclear submarines, and as a Project Analyst at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, where project development in clean energy and infrastructure was a primary focus. Sam's earlier roles include positions at SRI International, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and ICF International, where significant contributions were made in various analytical capacities. Sam holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
