Andrey Tereshchenko

Andrey Tereshchenko is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Tecom Group since 2025. With a diverse background, Andrey held various HR roles, including HR Manager for Russia at Five9 and HR Director positions at several companies, including Platforma SOFT, F-Technology, and MTE Telecom. Previously, Andrey began their career as a Retail Department Specialist at Alfa-Bank. They hold a Specialist degree in International and Intercultural Communication and Linguistics from the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, as well as a degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
