Diane Karija

Diane Karija has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Diane is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tecomet, Inc, where they guide the team and oversees full cycle recruiting for leadership roles. Prior to this, they were the Head of Recruitment at Fresenius Kabi USA for 9 years. Diane also served as the Recruiting Manager at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and worked as a Consultant and Recruiter at Duffy Group, Inc. Diane started their career at TMNG/JVEK as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout their career, Diane has developed expertise in various industries including healthcare, academic, technical, and service.

Diane Karija holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Diane has also obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2020.
